I have sent an important package included my passport to Washington DC on May 8th, 2021 through an EXPRESS service The lady at the counter mentioned that it will take 4 days to get to Washington DC. Every time I contact the Canada Post Customer Service, they mention that package has been sent but further tracking can not be done. They even did not raise a case to look for my package. I called US Custom, they ensured me that my package is not there. I called International Sorting Facility, they mentioned that my package is in a container which has been sitting in that facility for 3 weeks, however they have no plan when that container will be opened.
