I placed an order over 2 months ago for item #6977 13" round griddle. My account has been charged and I still do not have this griddle. I have called numerous times and no ones answers. I have been put on hold for 1 hour plus and still no one picks up. Please contact me ASAP 540-266-**** Carol Bernstein This item is a gift and I need asap!!!
