I had ordered a set of masks in May of last year. The money was taken from my debit card for the masks. If my payment supposedly didn't go through, then why was there a message thanking me for my payment. My money was never refunded to me and with that being said, I will never order anything from Disney Store anymore. Don't bother emailing me any offers for merchandise. User's recommendation: Do not place any orders with Disney Store. Ripoff.
