I have used bundle and ship many times. I am always notified right away that my package is being shipped. This time things were different. My bundle was completed on July 26th. All of my purchases say processing except one, which seems more in limbo than the rest. I was charged for these items, and I understand if they are delayed for some reason. However, I can not get a hold of a live person, and I don't know why they haven't been shipped yet. I want an update. Thank you, I
