Hello, My problem is that my new account was blocked because someone created me an account in 2018 for receiving money of my father, When I contacted the company through Skype they told me that automatically your new account will be blocked because the one in 2018, and now my new account still blocked and I need it for receiving salary, and also I cant reach the Skype number because customer care only for customers receiving funds!
