My mobile no wrongly used for a current account of someone else

I am getting the details of someone else courier of welcome kit, etc. Sad that such professional bank has not verified the number from the applicant. After trying repeated approach the auto bot is not allowing ways to connect to customer care officer. After speaking to Delivery partner blue dart it's not me who has applied applied has applied
