My last order was lost for 2 weeks
This is not the first time I place an order in this online store, and that I’d no complaints about them before. But my last order just got lost for 2 whole weeks. I did everything as usual (I made a purchase on the website, chose my usual delivery address, paid for the goods), I received a message by e-mail that the order was successfully completed. But then I didn’t receive any message that my package was on the way. I reported the problem to the online store, but they told me that the box was transferred to the delivery service and I should contact them. I wasn’t given a number by which I could check the shipment myself. Accordingly, without this number, which is assigned to each parcel, the delivery service could not help me with anything either. Only 2 weeks later, a track number appeared in my personal account on the website of the online store, by which I was able to track and pick up my parcel. I still didn’t understand what the problem was, and no one even apologized to me for this unpleasant incident.
