My husbands watch died and no where to get it fixed

I purchased a casio watch for my husband and it is dead!! No longer works we purchased it in the mall and he says we need to ship it to the company for repair. WHERE?? no address $380.00 should not be dead after a couple of years and I can not find out where to ship it. I was hung up on by a customer service rep.Tuesday 2/17/2021 she was rude the time was 1:20 afternoon User's recommendation: NO!!!
