My flight is still pending

After unsuccessfully booking two flights one for myself and the other for my partner I needed to alter the dates in order for us to fly together. I was unable. I also was unable to contact the necessary personnel to assist in the matter. Due to this I need either a refund or to change the flight to a later date.
