My experience: more PROS than CONS

I received my order, and it was just perfect!!! I have never ordered on-line and never played in auctions before. Bidz had been suggested to me by my friends who regularly buy from here. I've spent more than $1,500 taking a risk (as I thought). It took for me some time to contact the customer service first by mail, and then by phone because I did not believe that worked. But I got replies and my order confirmation. My order was “pending” for sometime but in many be less than two weeks they told me the order was complete. This is the modern world! We are waiting for stocks and shipping, we are always waiting. I’ve got nervous a bit you know… But the technical department and customer service department in bidz work well, at least as they said. A-ha-ha! It happened! It has finally happened in less than one month! And all the items I ordered are super! I liked packaging as well. So CONS: takes time, takes time, expensive but worth, long but o’kay, takes time but good customer support. Aaand PROS: free shipping, excellent quality, wide variety, easy to operate the site and to pay.
