Since I don’t want to risk my dog’s life, I refused.Doggykingdom did nothing but offer excuses and my credit card refunded the charges. Original review posted by user Oct 07, 2020 My dog easily got the Velcro to open and ran toward traffic! Doggykingdom does not allow returns of harnesses because they are “customized.” A name is affixed to a removable piece of cloth. Ridiculous! Very long ship times from offshore and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid. User's recommendation: Americans, stick with legitimate U.S. companies.
