I rented a house in Merida for 4 nights at the end of March and early April. I prepaid and also, per there invoice gave them a $500 damage deposit prior to arrival. When we arrived in Merida we went to the house and were met by Luis who works for them The house was fine except for the lack of running water One shower had no shower head and the other shower the water came out as a trickle at best. the kitchen sink dribbled and meanwhile there was excellent water pressure in the sprinklers in the back yard. We called Luis and told him we were leaving. He offered us another house which was marginally acceptable but once we relocated, the A/C in the main bedroom didn't work and the only place there was hot water was in the shower. A DISTASTER AGAIN. upon departure Luis never showed up and in spite of emails, numerous messages ad well as phone calls. I have not received my " damage" deposit back. I would love to have help in getting in contact with these people and getting my money back.
