I bought it in February on this year so it is not old at all. I even have every thing it came with back in the original box, INCLUDING THE LITTLE FRESHENER BAGGIE THAT COMES IN THE BOX! when it wouldn't even charge anymore and was totally dead I took it back to the store I bought it from and the guy behind the counter said, "we don't do warranties on that you have to get a hold of the manufacturer and the User's recommendation: I honestly don't really know what to say cuz when the RPM40 was working I loved it!
