My dad loaded $29 on my mom's net spend card, but it won't let him use it. My mother passed away on the 4th of December 2020. They shared the card, but her name is the only one on the card. The money is on the card, but can't get it off. How do we get the last money loaded off? They shouldn't have allowed the money to be loaded if he can't use it since she is dead. He needs his money back.
