Hello, According to Skyscanner representative, Im waiting for another response directly from Budget Air. Till now I didnt get any notice from them. Here is the last response from Skyscanner representative Mansun a few days ago: Thank you for your patience. Budgetair confirmed that they have escalated your case to their finance team to further check why the payment was not refunded for the failed booking. They will update you directly once they have an outcome from their finance team and in the meantime, we kindly suggest you to try contacting your credit card company to check if this charge is an actual charge or just a pre-authorization. Please do let us know if your credit card company confirmes that the charge actually went through.
