My chime debit card was lost/ stolen– there were some unauthorized transactions

My debit card and phone came up missing- dont know who- there were some unauthorized transaction to which i filed for dispute- after getting new card in mail they said a provisional credit would be added to my account in the amount of disputed transactions at the end of 10days until the investigation ended within 90days- ok no problem im thinking- well at the end of 10days they send me message saying they closed the dispute not on my behalf of refunding--- i have between 2800-**** in direct deposits each month month month User's recommendation: dont lose card and expect them to have your back.
