My cards locked, i cant use it
The my vanilla customer service Rep who registered my card in October of 2020 mispelled my name its Hoff, Not Hoffs like the permanent card that was issued to me., says Bonnie Hoffs. Because information was put into the computer wrong when She registered my ca Rd d its been locked. I just want my money off of this card. I sent a copy of my license to prove who i was 1 tiime before, but didnt work. Please let me know what to do to fix this problem as quickly as possible. bonniechrishoff@***.com money back. User's recommendation: I wouldnt reccomend them to get a My Vanilla Visa. Its been nothing but a hassle and a headache.
