My card was overcharged by $56 when ordered online!

I ordered 2 shoes and one pair of socks online. I suppose to receive one shoe 50% off and $20 off for exceeding $100 purchase limit. I suppose to get charged $89 total, that was clearly showing on the screen after the discounts, but after hit "place the order" I was charged the FULL PRICE, NO DISCOUNTS!! I did not agree on that ($146) charge, luckily I had enough money on my card to cover it, otherwise I would have stuck with overdraft fee! I called in customer service 4-5 times during 2+ weeks period, getting almost nowhere getting my money back and listening that I should not have got that discount, it was not for me! What a lie! It clearly applied to my purchase, also total would not shown $89 before ordering and charge almost double! Earlier that same day I purchased items in the store with the same discounts, how come that time I could get all the discounts?? After got tired not getting my money back, I went to the store and returned everything. That was the only way getting my money back! I would never order from them again! They overcharge instead of saying sorry and take care of it quickly, they don't want to reimburse the money at all!
