My card expired and I am unable to get a replacement.

I have a prepaid MasterCard with a balance of $41.46. When I tried to use it I discovered the card had expired. Even though it states on the card face that Funds do Not Expire, I am unable to use this card. I would like to get a replacement card with a new expiration date but it is impossible to get a human using either the website or phone number provided. I thought about reporting the card lost, but that would deactivate the card and it doesn't indicate what happens next. I thought this would be a good benefit from my health insurance plan but it has really soured me on the whole idea of getting health 'rewards'.
