My box hasn’t arrive and its been a week in a 1/2?

I placed my 3 item order on June 7th. Today is evening of June 18th and there has been absolutely NO COMMUNICATION regarding the status or location of my order! Horrible customer service!!! I have been completely unable locate a phone number to chat with a person for the past 3 days!! Very upset. This evening I gave up and contacted my credit company to dispute the charges instead! Be VERY cautious when ordering!!!hor User's recommendation: HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DON'T USE!!!
