My booking – Change from Air NZ to Qantas ID: 1617**** / MJRH4

I received an email 18th June stating that Air NZ approved change of booking to Qantas (flights to and from Norfolk Island). I have sent back numerous emails stating that I was happy to accept those flights and NOW have not had any CONFIRMATION. PLEASE NOW (DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS LIKELY TO CONTINUE) CANCEL THOSE FLIGHTS AND PROVIDE A FULL REFUND. User's recommendation: Be very mindful of using a third party for travel bookings.
