My base Package

Sir, I"m Manuel george, My ID is 15630****. I recharged my account on 17/04/2021 for a month as i do every month But just after fifteen days i got recharge reminder that i should recharge on 04/05/2021. Please let me know my package. If any add ons are there please remove it. I need only malayalam channels. Please do the necessary action.
