My bank account is on hold and has been seized today. I did not receive anything from Erskine & Fleisher and cannot make my mortgage payment today. My bank claims that they received a legal order signed by a judge to put a hold on my account; now my account is frozen. I have to stop my husband's automatic payroll deposits and I cannot stop the IRS refund which is due in two weeks. I am outraged. This cannot be legal. What can I do? I sent them a letter notifying them that I was laid off in Oct 2009.
