Update by user Apr 09, 2021 I was contacted and given instructions to get back on. I couldn't get it done and asked to be removed from babbel. I was told I had to wait til May because I'd already paid. I finally did get back into babbel. I had to start over but I'm happy. Please leave my program in place come may. I would like the same program i had been using; however, i cannot remember which one i had. Please advise and help me set it up without my being charged twice. User's recommendation: They say to complain if this happens and you might get a response.
