My account with was disabled next morning after I won $15,581.33

My name is Amanda Barnes. My email is: [protected]@hotmail.com. I have an account with bovada. I have not had an issue playing poker and betting on games while losing but as soon as I win, next morning my account is disabled the very next morning. Bovada asked for the 2 cards on file for deposits and a government issued ID. I sent all of that in (front and back) last Monday the 29th of March. Since then I have continued to reach out to bovada with 7 emails but not one single response in well over a week. I've done nothing wrong at all to get this treatment. I've been very patient and nice but that hasn't gotten me anywhere. I want and need my money that I won fair and square by betting on games. I feel that I'm getting mistreated because of being a woman playing a (poker/sportsbetting) mans game. I've proven that I'm me, my cards are mine, I've only had one account ever with Bovada so I would like to have my account back up and running with my $15, 581.33 that I won fair and square! Please help, I'm a single mother and that money could really help me out. Thanks, Amanda Barnes
