As with most people during this pandemic we have suffered some really bad times. My account was closed without warning because I wasn't able to put money in the account right away. While waiting to speak with someone BBVA has a message that say's because of covid 19 they are experiencing higher call volume and they ask for your patience. The problem is they have no patience with customers. The excuse they use is that a computer closed my account and that it was no human error. So the computer runs the bank not the people working for the bank. So I was just a number to a computer not a person that is trusting hard earned money to a bank. They get an F and will never see a dime from me or any positive feedback to anyone about BBVA. User's recommendation: BBVA said they have computers are running the bank not people. If you trust a computer with your funds BBVA is the bank for you.
