My account lacks 1,000php. Where is it?

My previous balance of my husband's account is 32, 799php. Yesterday (April 11) I went to a grocery store and used my husband's card as a debit and deducted 700php from it. Now, as I checked the balance it shows 31, 099 where in fact it should have been 32, 099. Where is the 1, 000php? Can anybody explain? My account number is
