My wallet got stolen i called and requested for a new card i never had or have an online account ever so new card gets over nighted to me i went on the site to activate but there wasnt nothing about a pin i call the 1800 number its not recognize ing minfo wit my ss and last 4 digit of the new card its bs now i cant get my money off my catd cause its still pulling up on the old stollen card and info
