I was informed that she will kicked out all devices using my account and reset my account. I got an email in Arabic again and she said all I have to do is press the red button for verifying the account. After doing that nothing has been changed in my Netflix application. So it seems the password was not reset and the sign out was not done. I have to do everything by myself by signing out, reset password, and also manage profile to kick that hacker out of my profile. So I decided to unsubscribe for a while until I see Netflix do something about security for my account. management User's recommendation: You should have the short cut button for a person being hacked. Like Stop and RESET everything button.
