My 5 Vouchers that they still can’t refund

I purchase 5 vouchers in metrodeal on Nov. 21, 2020 worth 2, 495 thru GCASH PAYMENT, my voucher code was gone in my account I still didn't used it yet, the customer service Lisa keeps telling me that my voucher was in my account but still it wasn't there then I said I wanted to refund the payment that I made to them and then they don't reply to my emails anymore I send my 2 valid i.d's as they required and my proof of payment to them but still no response at all... poor customer service
