i am writing as i have now contacted spotify about 3 times with regards to money being taken from my account that i have not authorised, i have cancelled the direct debit but they are still taking money out of my account, i have emailed them 2/3 times since january 2020 i have tried to get spotify to stop, i don't even use spotify, but can't get any answers to my emails, or any way to stop them from taking money out of my account
