I have a TCL 10L phone, and I have mentioned this problem with TCL multiple times. On betabound testing one of their android 10 phones for Tracfone, and now, I have one of their kind of recent phones of the 10L with android 11. Even with before the android 11 update on the 10L and it had android 10, it still would not multitask with the recent apps more than 3 apps. Once you open 4th app, apps get kicked. User's recommendation: If you want a multitasking phone, this isn't the phones to get. They have not bothered to fix this.
