Multiple requests from marketplace customer service wi the same wrong answer

Facebook marketplace sent my money to a closed bank account. The funds were rejected. The help center continues to tell me the date and transaction number to the wrong bank. I have updated my bank info and requested the funds on multiple occasions I keep getting the same message with a kind offer to inquire further with no opportunity to reply to that person or computer programu perso computer generayltr User's recommendation: DON'T USE MARKETPLACE USE EBAY OR CRAIGSLIST.
