Mr Swirl tried to charge my girlfriend 600.00 for a 9.00 cold water feed supply line in her three year old condo? They tried to tell her that she needed a new faucet and several hour labor? Mr Rooter changed the line for 9.00 plus 90.00 for the call out (including labor). They laughed when we asked them about the 600.00 charge from Mr Swirl? I called several times to speak with their manager?...no call back...I emailed>>>no email back. They did however charge my girl friends credit card 63.00 with out her consent for the call out after we declined the 600.00 charge? Terrible service, very unethical,...poor after customer service. Completely dissatisfied with Mr Swirl. Would never ever suggest to anyone!
