I signed a contract with Mr.garage builder to get my garage done and completed by the end of October 2014 which was stated clearly in the contract. I paid C$500 deposit and I was very clear about sticking to the time agreed on to finish my garage. They even offered me 5% discount if I want my garage to be built late December or January, and I answered clearly "No" I need my garage to be finished- maximum end of October. They said Ok we have 7 people before you so yours will be completed by the end of October. The contract was signed August 22nd 2014. So far, nothing has been done, so I called and emailed them and no clear response from them. In one call with Mr. Rick Cogswell secretary, she said it could be late November or December!! Even Mr. Rick Cogswell who signed the contract, I texted him many times to let me know when they are planning to start building my garage, all what he said I will call you back when I have time and he never called. I went to their office to ask but his secretary refused to give me a specific date and emailed me that he will call me. Therefore, I wish if I can be compensated for the time they wasted (more than 2 months) to get my garage built before the winter (I lost the chance now). I do have the contract and can provide it if required and have the email messages and text messages between me and Rick Cogswell the company owner. In regards of witnesses, I have two of my friends who witnessed what happened when I visited the office and I can provide their names and phone numbers when required. Thanks
