Bought a self propelled mover for my mother in law last year. Work well for a few months. This spring it would not start. Spent a lot of time changing fuel. Learn than Ethanol gas makes mowers not work. Cleaned the fuel system. Used Mechanic in a Bottle which would let it start but not continue. Then use starter spray which would let the motor start but not continue. I think this product is defective and should work for more than 6 months. I have had Craftsman and Murray lawn mowers work for 20 years with not problems. I know ethanol fuel has had an impact on mowers but this product should work for more than 6 months. Please tell me you will send me a new mower that will work as I need. If I need to use nonethanol fuel I can do this but I need a machine that will work Please tell me you will replace this mower with a product that will work and be reliable.
