Moving, billing issues. withdrawing money from my account without permission

Hi, My name is Catrina Wilson, and the phone number associated with my account is [protected]. I have been a customer for over 7 years, and I have to say this is the worst I have been treated by ADT. I would like to speak with the director. Let me explain why I called to put in a transfer because I moved to 102 Landon Ave Syracuse NY 13205. I was told that my services would be installed on 3/11/21 and I would be able to get the same service I had at 101 S Liberty Ave Endicott NY 13760. Well, they sent me a salesperson, not the installer. Then Add canceled my acct and charged me a large bill. Then ADT tried to take 229.00 from my account without my permission and caused my bank account to go into a negative status and a 36.00 charge. Can some with higher-up authority contact me please [protected]? Thanks
