Mover informed me late only after I called him that he could not do my move

I booked order #OR-3f42b70f with Brian Moving Service. He never called me to confirm. After 4 hours of no contact, I called him. Then he said he would call me back in 15 minutes. When he did call me back it was to inform me that he could not do my job. Leaving me high and dry the day before my move. There needs to be better communication between Moving Help and the Service providers so that this kind of thing happens and the consumer is adversely affected. User's recommendation: Nothing I did everything I was supposed to but Moving Help and Brian Moving Service did not communicate effectively with each other causing this issue.
