Mounting Hardware was missing from my order

Horrible customer service. I tried calling them, gave up after 20 minutes on hold. Called back and opted for a call back, instead of a call back, I received an email saying they'd contact me in 24 - 48 hours. So I went to their web site and used the texting chat with an employee that offered to send bolts because "thats how you mount things". I had to send a picture of the missing brackets User's recommendation: Dont order from this company unless you can drive to one of their 2 locations.
