5/7/21 Rc'd a succulent planter in a white pot. PLANTER WAS NOT AS SHOWN ON WEB . Called customer service and was transferred to FTD. Explained what I received and was told a new planter would be delivered the next day. Rc'd a new one on 5/8/21. Same thing-plants were in a nursery pot and then put in a white planter. Web picture shows green moss surrounding.the plants not exposed dirt. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LOOKS LIKE BAIT & SWITCH.
