There are many reasons I left this bank. They can't do anything to your account without asking you to close it and open a new one. Of course this requires you to reenter all your bill pays. They can't even removed a name from your account without closing your account and opening another. The latest fiasco was I lost my check card. Rather than issuing a new card, they restricted my account, forcing me to open a new account at a rival bank. User's recommendation: Run away . . . and don't look back.
