I had a simple claim - Airline baggage delayed Claim amount - About $130 Filed on - June 30, 2017 Approved - October, 2018 Time it took to get it approved - 14 months Reasons for delay - 1. There were floods in florida, 2. Customer Service team members email id's kept on discontinuing 3. Calls were not picked up by customer service 4. Customer provided false information all the time 5. Repeated requests to file the same papers again 6. Because Crawford doesn't want to pay, or give you an experience so that you do not file a claim ever again. Most important - Payment/check still not received :) and no information on check #, or tracking id is ever provided despite multiple requests.
