Most uninformed managers and rude staff, horrible customer service

From my first payment to citizen one , i paid double the minimum amount due and the extra money was not applied to the principle. When i found this out 6 months later i called and asked citizen one if they could go back and apply to my principle and they told me they could not. I asked citizen one supervisor Susan Rebell , if i paid extra each month to principle will i save on interest and Rebell told me know, for the auto load i had, the interest accrued will always be the same due to the type of loan. Next month i held back payment as i was months ahead as there was no incentive on paying down loan if i wasn't going to save money. On my next statement i did accrued more interest.I called citizen One and was told Rebell miss informed me but they could not fix nor could they go back to reverse all the unnecessary interest i accrued since beginning of payment. Because of Ms. Rebell and the other horrible rude staff, i decided to payoff my load for $16,500.00 saving my self $5200.00 and costing Citizen One $5200.00 when all i ask that they be honorable *** Please look for my youtube video of my experience with citizen One.
