I booked 2 tickets to Florida through Priceline. When the airline changed the date of the trip on us I wanted to get a refund or change my ticket. But it was impossible to talk to live agent or get the AI to even logically to our queries. Most inept service. Never using it again!!! User's recommendation: Do Not Use Priceline ever!!
