Stay awThis company purchased my mortgage loan so they now service it. You cannot get anyone from customer service on the phone and have to set an appt for a callback (usually 3 days). I tried to get a payoff and that took over a week and they mailed it. I have dealt with a lot of companies like Wells Fargo and BofA, Chase.. This company is living in the dark ages and they blame this rotten customer service on Covid. What a joke they are. User's recommendation: Stay away.
