I purchased Mooi River salted butter last week to bake and cook for my birthday party. The butter has got black mould on various places. I have taken pictures and still have the butter as I could not use it. Why is the butter mouldy? Had to go back to the shops to buy some more. It was on a special at Checkers, Davenport, In Durban. Will send pics. Pam Harvey
