I was charged twice a month off my credit card. I have auto debit for my newspaper, but was charged twice a month since April. They told me this was for "premium delivery". Extra magazines, crossword puzzles,etc. I was not informed of this, did not approve this, nor have I seen anything extra along with my paper delivery. They will not let me talk with a supervisor or their billing department. They also give no refunds. I have since canceled my paper delivery and am disputing their charges. This newspaper is a disgrace.
