Money stolen from my account twice in the amount of $560 they have turned off my cable twice and keep telling me I I’m doing it it’s not fair
April 29th I did a payment over the phone with the live agent he took my My money and put it on my account within 5 days it was taken off my account they said a lady had called along with her bank it's her bank and said return the funds so spectrum return the funds to this person they never called me did it call me then it happened again July 29th I talked to live agent same thing happened again took my money and a little lady called and said I stole her money from her debit card Spectrum gave her back the money I used my debit card with I don't know this lady but spectrum doesn't care User's recommendation: Watch your account very closely because we have thieves with things that are going on now people are stealing more and more.
