This company is running a high-tech scam. I pay over $380 a month for the promise of healthcare services. In reality I wait on the phone for hours while their poor excuse for customer service searches the data base for doctors who actually take their *** insurance. The only reason I have this *** insurance is because my previous primary care doctor was listed on their 2002 looking website. Of course it turns out she doesn't have a contract with them anymore... no one does. I called about finding a chiropractor. The customer service rep looked up the doctors for me so that she could verify they still had active contracts. When I called to schedule an appointment I was informed that they no longer took Molina... seriously, this customer service rep had just checked so that I would be assured the visit was covered. Do they even have a data base? Are there any doctors that actually contract with these scammers? I'd love to see how many doctors ACTUALLY take this *** insurance.
