I purchased a doll from this company for my daughter in 2017. The doll has been well cared for but we noticed when moving the head, the entire interior of the doll cavity is full of black mold. It has not been submerged in water or kept in a climate that would cause mold. I contacted the company, provided proof of purchase and photos of obvious mold concerns. The company said they would do nothing about the problem as their guarantee window had closed....you pay more than $100 for a doll with the expectation it will be used for more than a two year period and expect it to be safe for a child....black mold is not safe.
